There is a very high demand for seats at APRRC Sydney. Because of that, If you do not pay within 1 week after receiving payment details your registration would be transferred to the next highest price category. Delegate Experience Activities A big part of what makes APRRC so much fun is meeting fellow Rotaractors when you participate in the social activities! You can choose from the activities listed below. Make sure to pay for your activities when you register, as they required advanced booking. Leaders Luncheon Welcome Event - Thursday 25 November, 1pm - Free (only for DRR, PDRR, and DRRE) Sydney Harbour Cruise - Friday 26 November, 7pm - A$29 Asia Pacific DRR Training - Saturday 27 November, 10am - A$35 (only for DRR and DRRE for 2010-2011 year) Post APRRC tour - Sunday 28 November, 11am - A$35 Australian Rotaract Conference - Sunday 28 November, 11am - A$35 Transport Airport to Venue - Wednesday 24 November or Thursday 25 November only - A$25 Transport Venue to Airport - Sunday 28 November only - A$35 Click here for a description of the activities listed above :)  Invitation Letter & Confirmation of Payment Letter APRRC committee will provide personalised Invitation Letter to each delegate as soon as possible after we receive your complete registration form, including passport number and passport expiry date. We will also make a personalised Confirmation of Payment letter as soon as possible after we receive your full registration payment. Most delegates (except those who apply for ETA tourist visa) will need both personalised letters to apply for your visa. This is why you must register and pay before you apply for your visa. Delegates who are Australian citizens or who will be living, working, or studying in Australia at the time of APRRC would not require the Invitation Letter and Confirmation of Payment letter.

The downloadable registration form is also up! Just go to the bottom of the page and download the APRRC Registration form (Word Document). Fill it out and send it to registration@aprrc2010.org with "registration" in the subject line. We will contact you with confirmation of price and payment options. Be sure to include your passport number and the expiry date of your passport on the registration form.
