REGISTRATION

     How do I register?

Rotaractors and Rotarians who want to come to APRRC Sydney will need to fill out the registration form.  After you submit the form, someone from the registration team will contact you, issue your registration number, and provide the payment details to you.  Then you pay within 5 working days.  Check the registration page for pricing and more information.

How much does it cost to come to APRRC in Sydney?

The registration price depends on when you register and whether you book the conference package with accommodation or the day pass (accommodation not included).  Rotaractors can pick packages with accommodation or day pass only.  Rotarians can pick only Day Pass.  Click here to view the registration page and find out more about prices.  We look forward to seeing you in Sydney!

When and how do I pay the registration fee?

First you have to fill out the registration form.  Then someone from the registration team will email you.  The email will include your personal registration number, the price you have to pay, and the payment details.  Take a look at the registration page for more info.

What is included in my conference registration fee?

Regular conference packages include: 4 days/3 nights accommodation, 3x breakfast, 2x lunch, 2x dinner, plenary and breakout sessions, and conference materials.  Day Pass conference packages include all of the above, except for accommodation.

Registration does not include: lunch on 25 or 28 November, airport transfer, optional extra activities such as Sydney harbour cruise or city tour, or accommodation before and after the conference dates.

I registered for the Day Pass package.  Can I switch to the full package with accommodation?

Yes, delegates who are Rotaractors can switch the registration from Day Pass to with accommodation.  Delegates who switch to with accommodation must pay the additional fee, based on the registration phase at the time you decide you want to switch.  Want to do this?  Send an email to registration@aprrc2010.org and someone from the registration team will be in touch.

Can I give my place to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer their registration to another delegate but only AFTER the registration fee has been fully paid by the original delegate.  You can transfer your fully-paid place to another delegate up until 30 days before the start of APRRC 2010.  Please contact our registration team at registration@aprrc2010.org find out more about transferring your registration.

Can my club or District pay to sponsor a delegate?

Yes!  Clubs and District organisations can sponsor a delegate to attend APRRC 2010.  Your club/District can register and pay the fee, then give us the name and personal details of the delegate at a later date.  This is a great way to reward your members for all of their hard work on Rotaract projects and events throughout the year.  Contact registration@aprrc2010.org and ask for more information about how to sponsor a delegate to attend APRRC 2010.

Where can I find the registration form?

The registration form for APRRC 2010 will be available online from Friday 14 May!  Delegates are encouraged to fill out the form as soon as possible in order to secure the best price.  Check out the registration page for a link to the form.

My Rotaract friends want to come too.  Can we make a group booking?

Yes!  Each group booking can include up to 10 people.  Registration forms for each group member must be submitted together and the payment must be received in one lump sum.  Delegates who register as part of a group cannot make individual payments.  Have more than 10 people who want to come?  Just make a separate group booking for every extra group of 10 people J

Delegates who wish to make a group booking MUST nominate a group leader AND contact registration@aprrc2010.org BEFORE any group member fills out a registration form.  See the #registration# page for more information.
